The first one, published by Christianity Today magazine, is called “The Eternal King Arrives.” Download it here for free while supplies last… It features daily reflections that explore more deeply the rich theological truth of Advent. The main focus of this devotional is to “herald both the sovereignty and power of Jesus’ kingship and his self-emptying lovingkindness.” Eighteen different authors from various traditions have contributed to this wonderful guide.

The second is an Advent Community Guide published by our friends at Saturate. (Hardcopies are available at Guest Services in our main lobby.) It is a weekly devotional to be used whenever you choose, though we recommend Sunday evening. Consider gathering around the candlelight of an Advent wreath to take a few moments to gently follow this guide in worship, prayer, and singing. It coincides with Christmas stories from The Jesus Storybook Bible and is perfect for families with children.
